Michael A. Kopp is an Shareholder with the Denver law firm of Trout Raley.  Mr. Kopp’s practice focuses on water and environmental law,  including  a  United States Supreme Court original action, federal  environmental  litigation and state water rights adjudications. Mr. Kopp has experience representing public and private clients, including  the  Northern  Colorado  Water  Conservancy District, before the state  and  federal  courts.

Since 2013, Mr. Kopp has worked with the New Mexico Attorney General’s Office on interstate compact litigation before the United States Supreme Court.
